Bellevue City Council races looking good for progressives; Laing/Stokes contest is close

One of the bright spots for pro­gres­sives in tonight’s elec­tion appears to be the Belle­vue City Coun­cil races, which were hot­ly con­test­ed, espe­cial­ly dur­ing the last few weeks.
