The effects of crony capitalism
The New York Times displays in an op-ed the shoddily -and sometimes fatal- work done by Kellogg Brown & Root, an offshoot of Haliburton, and draws attention to the fact that KBR continued to recieve bonuses, 83 million in total, even though 90 percent of the work done by KBR was not done properly, revealing some of worse excesses of the Bush years.
