The Vermont House of Representatives has overridden Governor Douglas’ veto of marriage equality by a vote of 100-49. The Senate already voted 25-3 in support. Vermont now becomes the fourth state after Iowa, Massachusetts, and Connecticut to legalize marriage equality.
