Culture of greed haunts credit card issuers
Delaware’s News Journal reports that the credit card divisions at big banks like JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America are getting stung from every direction, as customers spend less and less with their plastic. What’s more, customers with good credit scores are angrily protesting attempts to jack up fees, and customers who are in over their heads are defaulting on their obligations, causing big losses.
