NSA seeks to build quantum computer that could crack most types of encryption
The National Security Agency is spending millions trying to develop an ultra supercomputer that could crack all currently-used forms of public encryption. However, documents provided by Edward Snowden indicate they are no closer to having such a computer than civilian labs in the European Union or elsewhere.
