Pedro Celis mocked by conservative radio hosts for vague answers
The Republican running against Suzan DelBene in Washington’s 1st District continues to stumble. Despite having been given three opportunities by KIRO Radio to talk about his candidacy and the federal budget, Celis refused to name any specific cuts he’d favor, saying only that he supported a constitutional amendment to require a balanced budget and maybe another “across the board” style cut. After blowing his third opportunity to speak intelligently, he was mocked by two of KIRO’s resident conservatives.
