Lexmark exiting inkjet printer business
Lexmark, a longtime manufacturer of inkjet printers, is quitting the market to focus on other aspects of its business, the company said today. Lexmark has been losing ground for years to HP, Canon, and Epson, which collectively control ninety percent of the inkjet printer market. (HP and Xerox, meanwhile, dominate the market for laser printers).
