Citigroup shareholders to CEO Pandit: Forget about that extra $15 million in compensation
In an advisory vote, Citigroup shareholders have refused to sign off on the bank CEO’s plan to award himself $15 million he doesn’t deserve in compensation. The vote is not binding, however, and the board of directors could still award Pandit the pay he wants.
