• Progressives in the U.S. House will back the leadership on Iraq bill.
• Iraq reconstruction a fiasco. (Who knew?) Maybe that's why we don't get all the "good news?"
• Turmoil at The Los Angeles Times. Be careful who you date, but more importantly, be careful who you bring in to guest edit the opinion section, especially if the person you're dating did work for them.
• Wounded soldiers at Madigan Army Medical Center say they are being pushed into the VA system, are being denied treatment and face retaliation if they speak out.(Madigan is at Fort Lewis.)
• Dan Savage needs a vacation after posting a video involving a creationist, a banana and Kirk Cameron.

Finally, we have The Inhofe Scale of delusion, named after Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK) due to his ridiculous badgering of Al Gore during his testimony yesterday about climate change. Oklahoma, not OK.
