Washington State House, Senate agree on 2018 supplemental operating budget

Excerpt: As one of its final acts prior to adjourning Sine Die later on this evening, the Washington State Legislature today sent Governor Jay Inslee a supplemental operating budget agreement that appropriates funding to a host of essential public services necessary to the health and well-being of our communities.
