The Washington State Senate has passed a bill that will safeguard our waters and aquatic lands for future generations. Sponsored by Kevin Ranker, 2SSB 6086 would prohibit the Department of Natural Resources from signing or renewing any leases that would allow the farming of invasive, nonnative Atlantic salmon.
