It’s official: Kim Wyman is joining the Biden administration, will resign November 19th

Excerpt: Washington's Republican Secretary of State is leaving the state's executive department for a job with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Her resignation will allow Governor Jay Inslee to name a Democrat to take her place.
