Oregon changes its ballot return policy to match Washington’s more voter-friendly laws

Excerpt: Beginning in 2022, Beaver State voters will be able to vote through the Postal Service and have their ballot count as long as it's postmarked by Election Day and received within seven days. That's a win for democracy and ballot access.
