King County Executive Dow Constantine and wife Shirley Carlson are pictured holding their newborn baby daughter. “Shirley and I are pleased to welcome a daughter, Sabrina Kyoko Adele Constantine, who was born early this morning,” Constantine wrote on his official Facebook page. “She’s 6 pounds, 7.3 ounces.
