There are seven trainsets in the Amtrak Cascades fleet: three are owned by the State of Washington, two by Oregon, and two by Amtrak. The trainset involved in today's fatal derailment was the WA-owned Mount Adams. Its sister Mount Rainier can be seen leaving Tacoma in this NPI video.
