The elite aerial performing teams of the United States Navy and United States Air Force each suffered losses today when jets piloted by members of the team crashed in separate incidents. Tragically, the Navy’s Blue Angels lost one its members as well as the aircraft he was in, while the Air Force’s Thunderbirds lost only the aircraft due to the pilot’s safe ejection.
