Bad oil boom: *Another* crude train explodes in a small town while regulators chug along

Businessweek’s Matthew Phillips discusses the spate of oil train explosions that have disrupted small towns in the United States and Canada, killing people, destroying property, and fouling up our air and water.  The latest blowup took place not far from the District of Columbia, in Lynchburg, Virginia. Oil from that train is reportedly seeping into the James River, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay.
