Three grizzly bear cubs – Thor, Mike, and Boo – were recently moved to the Detroit Zoo by FedEx after being orphaned in Alaska in October. Their mother was allegedly shot and skilled by a poacher. The cubs were later found wandering near Anchorage. Experts in Alaska concluded the cubs would not survive a harsh winter on their own, so they were taken into captivity.
