Haugen, Chair of the Senate Transportation Committee, has had a hand in many, many transportation budgets with billions of dollars appropriated for highways, but only a meager amount for rail. She has also repeatedly backed legislation to kill Sound Transit. Show us the money, Senator Haugen, and we’ll start getting caught up with the rest of the world on rail.
