New York solidly Democratic

Although less than a third of results have been reported in the state of New York, Democrats appear set to prevail in the major contests.

There are a few House races (NY-3, NY-13, NY-19, NY-20, NY-24, NY-25, NY-26, NY-29) which are trending Republican, but all other House races, as well as the gubernatorial and U.S. Senate races, are trending Democratic.

Andrew Cuomo currently holds a massive lead over the bombastic Carl Paladino, Chuck Schumer is breezing towards reelection, and Kirsten Gillibrand, who was appointed to succeed Hillary Rodham Clinton, is winning by twenty points.
