Horsey Slams DeLay, GOP

Check out David Horsey's latest political cartoon, in which he pokes fun at the House Republican Caucus for repealing their own rule prohibiting leaders from remaining at the helm if indicted. And Delay hasn't even been indicted yet. It's in the P-I.
